Money Quest is a downloadable PDF product. No physical items are shipped or accepted for return.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations after delivery, or refunds for a change of mind. Please review the product description, language, age range, included files, and PDF reader requirements before purchasing.
If you do not receive your download, a file is damaged or inaccessible, or the product materially differs from its description, contact locallumen@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help restore access or provide a corrected file. Do not send payment card details or completed children’s worksheets.
This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any legally required refund for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content.
Where a refund is legally required or otherwise agreed in writing, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
